Lead Installer
Description: Journeyman Installer (Skilled install position) Pay Scale: $17-20.00/hr (DOE) Works under the direction of the Install Manager to complete job within scheduled time frame and to meet company/ state requirements. Responsible for the timely completion of job and maintaining job site cleanliness. Helper I reports to Lead Installer. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent EPA Certification Clean DMV Record 3 years or more HVAC experience or formal HVAC training Must have basic service hand tools and instruments Self-starter and good communication skills Must be able to work independently Positive Attitude Leadership skills WV state HVAC certification (must be obtained if hired) Benefits: Company uniforms (employee pays portion of uniform rental) Ongoing training Full Time Position Vacation pay (after probationary period) Medical/Dental/Vision benefits (after probationary period) 401K Life Insurance |
